Computers

As much as I try to deny it, I've always been involved with computers. I started out on a Commodore 128 back in 1986. That was the beginning of the end.

Shortly after getting my C128, I got a modem and was a frequenter to all the local BBS's in my area. Back then, 1200 baud was considered "fast" so I was definitely cruising.

My "handle" as they call it back then was "XynamaX". What the hell is a XynamaX? I don't know, I was 12 at the time and I just made it up somehow. It's stuck with me since then, and I got the www.xynamax.com domain name in 1996.

Commodore 64 Days

Back in 1991, I formed my own Commodore 64 (C64) demo group called Entity. It was a short-lived endeavor, I ended up doing most of the work and quickly got bored of it.

DialSoft Programming Days

After graduating from the C128, I got my first "PC Compatible" in 1991 in preparation for college. Shortly after, I kept up with my programming skills and wrote tons of modules for the Synergy STS chat software as well as the Galacticom MajorBBS. All of this work was performed for my friend's company, Dialsoft.
